Hunter Mechanical works with all major manufacturers of heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment. Additionally we service and maintain virtually all ancillary equipment such as pumps, backflow preventers, pumping stations, inverters, pneumatics, electronic & electric controls, compressors, filters, and more.

Currently, Hunter Mechanical employs 37 highly trained service technicians. Hunter Mechanical provides continuous training for all employees through a continuing education program as well as utilizing our vast in-house resources.
6. Isn't the Guaranteed Professional Maintenance program like insurance?
No, insurance only protects against catastrophic failures. The GPM program is designed to lower HVAC owning and operating costs by extending the useful life of the equipment and planning for eventual equipment replacement.
7. How often is preventive maintenance performed?
This is determined by our computerized tasking. All equipment is entered into our software program. All manufacturer's recommendations are used, as well as operating hours, age of the equipment, and certain geographical factors are taken into consideration.
8. Will we see the same technicians, so they can get to know our equipment?
Yes. Two technicians are assigned to your facility. These technicians will perform preventive maintenance and service calls. If for some reason another technician must be used, one of equal technical knowledge and experience will be dispatched.
9. What happens if we have an equipment failure in the middle of the night?
Hunter Mechanical has a 24 hour emergency service number which goes directly to our "on-call" service technician.
10. Can you give me a budget estimate for a project over the phone?
In order to serve you better, we would prefer to evaluate your mechanical system and meet with you in person and provide a true estimate of the costs involved.
11. When can someone come out to look at my project?

12. What brand of energy management system does Hunter Mechanical install?
Hunter Mechanical has experience with all the major EMS control systems. However, we are an authorized dealer for Delta Controls. We feel this is the finest EMS and DDC control system on the market today. This system is extremely flexible and can be installed in the smallest commercial buildings to the largest industrial plants. We have the in-house capability to engineer, program and install EMS systems for buildings of all sizes and complexity.
13. Can you perform new construction on HVAC systems?
Yes, we are a design build mechanical construction company capable of designing and installing HVAC systems in large commercial and industrial applications.
